This Privacy Policy explains how Petar Georgiev (“I,” “me”) collects, uses, and protects information about visitors to betterinlifestyle.com (the “Site”). I am an independent fashion stylist and creative director based in Los Angeles, California, United States.
Information I collect
When you submit the contact form on this Site, I collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The contents of your message
I do not use analytics, advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or any other automated profiling on this Site. Standard hosting logs may briefly record your IP address for security and operational purposes; those logs are not used for marketing.
How I use your information
Information you submit through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on the project or collaboration you initiated. I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for marketing or advertising purposes.
Service providers
To deliver contact form submissions to my inbox, I use Resend, an email API service. To host this Site, I use Vercel. Both providers process limited data on my behalf under their own privacy practices. Neither service is used for advertising or cross-context behavioral profiling.
Cookies
This Site does not set tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. If a strictly necessary cookie is ever added (for example, to support a future feature), it will be limited to what the Site requires to function.
Data retention
I retain contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and any reasonable follow-up. Email correspondence may remain in standard inbox archives indefinitely unless you request deletion.
Your rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you at any time by emailing betterinlifestyle@icloud.com.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:

This Site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Site, please email betterinlifestyle@icloud.com and I will delete it.
